Birch Bay

My family and I spent the weekend at Birch Bay, which is about 2 and half hours north of my house.  We rented three separate cabins, and spent the weekend visiting the waterslides, playing in the bay, riding go-karts, playing mini golf, playing games at the cabins, cooking way too much food, and just enjoying each other's company.  The weather was perfect!

Here's my instagram recap:

Hope you had a lovely weekend in the sunshine!

I've never been up to Birch Bay but hear it's nice! Or the islands (what??!!) Guess I need to add that to my bucket list.

    1. It's only like 20 min from Bellingham, and it has a giant water park! Can't believe we never drove up there. Maybe the water park is new or something.

  6. What a beautiful place! Have you tried the popcorn-flavored jelly beans? They're surprisingly good.

    1. Haha yes I tried them in high school and hated them! This box had a flavor called chili mango that was awful! And hot as an actual pepper!

  7. Looks like you guys had a blast! Our coast trip was super fun too. One of these summers we should pick a beach town between the two of us and meet up for a weekend.

    1. I would love that!! Tony looks for any excuse to visit the Oregon coast so I'm sure he'd be down! We are actually taking Chloe to cannon beach on Saturday and tony is going to try to teach us to surf. :) Hope I don't drown!

  9. Sleeping in cabins = my idea of camping!!
Especially if its on or near the beach.
    Or the mountains.
Because usually camping & bugs are not my favorites.

    1. I totally agree!! Cabins are way better than tents. Even though I slept in a tent over the weekend at Cannon Beach... I still prefer a cabin 100% of the time. ;) Thanks for stopping by!
